Production Assistant & Sustainability Officer

We are looking for a passionate, proactive and conscientious individual to join our fast-paced studio team. This role involves working closely with the Head of Production and broader Technical Team to support all stages of production and raw material management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Head of Production and Technical Team throughout the season
• Supporting the Head of Production with creating proforma invoices for raw material shipments to the factory from suppliers
• Updating the shipment tracker regularly and managing all incoming and outgoing shipments across raw materials, samples and patterns, making sure documents are accurate and saved for future reference
• Managing studio deliveries, checking for faults or missing stock, booking items into Zedonk, updating the Head of Production, and liaising with the factory on their deliveries
• Booking production orders into Zedonk once received at the warehouses
• Supporting the Head of Production with creating products and materials in Zedonk, adding pricing and relevant information, uploading BOMs and product images
• Completing seasonal product information in Zedonk, checking BOMs, and ensuring all customs information is uploaded correctly
• Working with the Brand Developer and Head of Production to send out, track, and approve/reject lab dips and bulk submissions
• Confirming compositions for new styles and requesting new label requirements from the Head of Production
• Keeping the sample tracker up to date and monitoring movement of samples between the studio, factory and internal teams
• Completing raw material studio stock takes and flagging low stock to the Head of Production
• Updating packaging manuals when needed and ensuring warehouses are informed of any changes
• Reviewing warehouse packaging stock takes, arranging stock call-offs and replenishments, and helping forecast future usage
• Hiring and managing interns, including onboarding paperwork, inductions, and performance reviews
• Working with the Head of Production to organise invoicing and shipment documents for all raw material shipments to be submitted to the EU accountant each month. Liaising with the accountant and suppliers to amend or add information as required



Sustainability Officer Responsibilities:
• Keeping supplier certifications and sustainability documentation up to date
• Staying informed on new sustainability legislation and developments
• Researching new sustainable raw materials, packaging and shipping options
• Updating the sustainability page on the website and assisting the team with sustainability copy for press, social media, etc.
• Liaising with CleanHub, our plastic-neutral partner, to organise annual renewals and support additional events/campaigns throughout the year
• Advising on and helping implement new sustainability strategies across the studio, factory and warehouses
• Work with the Head of Production to support putting long-term sustainability strategies and reporting goals into action
Desired Experience and Skills:
• A degree or diploma in Fashion, Textiles, Garment Technology or another related field
• Product-focused background (fashion or lingerie preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to tasks
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team; comfortable switching between priorities in a fast-paced, small team environment
• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
• Proficient in Excel, Windows, and project management tools
• Zedonk experience is desirable (training can be provided)
• Basic Photoshop and InDesign skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and effectively
