Studio and Administration Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our busy, fast-paced studio team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and support in all areas across the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Completing a wide range administrative tasks required across all departments.
- Directly supporting the Creative Director/CEO and Founder with all travel arrangements, appointment scheduling and administrative assistance.
- Organising the studio space, ensuring all levels of supplies and stock rooms are tidy and well managed.
- Handling all office tasks including filing, setting up for meetings and ordering supplies.
- Assisting all departments, when needed, with packaging orders, wholesale/press send outs and organising all shipments to and from the studio. Keeping a shipment tracker and logging the movement of items within the studio space.
- Taking a leading role in office and studio support, ensuring that all members of staff’s requirements are being met and technical/health and safety issues are solved promptly.
- Create and generate financial reports, planning documents and meeting agendas when required.
Requirements:
- Ability to be proactive and have a strong problem-solving mentality.
- Experience working in a fast-paced studio/office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to quality check your own work.
- The ability to understand the team’s requirements and assist all departments when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft software including Excel and Outlook Calendar.
- Strong communication skills within the team and with external companies.
- Confident and able to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong interest/background in business management.
