Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an organised and experienced individual to assist in the growth of Bordelle’s Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have skills in data analysis, SEO and the ability to keep up with our fast-paced team dynamic. An interest in the lingerie sector would be advantageous.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Focus on analysing data to present findings regarding; sales, product, returns, customers, website UX and CRO to the whole team with the goal to implement improvements based on findings 
  • Be proactive in researching, testing and implementing new Ecommerce procedures/ideas to drive sales and the acquisition of useful data.  
  • Working with the Head of Ecommerce to elevate product and website information through the implementation of organic SEO strategies.   
  • Work closely with SEO agency, Head of ECOM, Sales and Marketing manager and assistant to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, brand awareness and acquisition of new customers.   
  • Create all product feeds, meta details and ensuring that the process adheres to SEO best practice.  
  • Upload products to websites via CSV files using information provided by other teams.  
  • Reviewing website and UX from a customer point of view and reporting findings; such as via heat map analysis  
  • Work with Bordelle and third-party team to implement A/B testing of updates to the website and report back on data and analysis.  
  • Analysis of CRO audits 
  • Focus on improving conversion rate 
  • SEO updates to the back-end of both sites, monitoring of this, writing content and regular check ins with SEO agency  
  • Working to improve engagement and conversion by analysing data and proposing solutions.  
  • Work to maintain/reach general KPIs set by management team and initiate new ecommerce specific KPIs. 
  • Conduct market research to make suggestions on new strategies 
  • Generate reports for the management team to inform and direct future strategies 
  • Inter-department collaboration 
  • Shopify ad-on updates (such as loyalty program and returns portal) maintenance to constantly improve performance for customers  

 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an ecommerce team  
  • Have practical experience in data collection and analytics  
  • Experience with Shopify and Google analytics specifically 
  • Experience working within the fashion industry. Lingerie experience (advantage) 
  • Passion for ecommerce and the brand  
  • Excellent EXCEL skills  
  • Understanding in HTML (advantage)  
  • Ability to research and propose new ideas to constantly better the Brands’ ecommerce/website.  
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and drive personal workload.  
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) + French, German, Dutch or Spanish (advantage)  
  • Ability to be proactive and have a strong problem-solving mentality. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to quality check your own work. 
  • Understanding of ECOM Trends 
  • Ability to identify areas of growth 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
