Bordelle Europe has a new home
From 27 October 2026, Bordelle Europe has moved to www.bordelle.co.uk. One store, the full collection, and everything you had before, waiting for you. Here’s what the move means for you:
One store for all Europe and International customers
The Bordelle Europe store has now closed. Customers across Europe now shop the collections on www.bordelle.co.uk, and any visit to the old store will bring you straight here. There will be no changes to how orders are shipped.
Your account, carried over
Your customer details and order history is being transferred to www.bordelle.co.uk, along with your wishlist and any back-in-stock requests. To access them, simply create your account on www.bordelle.co.uk by setting a password, using the same email address you used on Bordelle Europe.
Bordelle Between Us
If you were a Bordelle Between Us member, your points balance and tier status will be transferred exactly as they were by end of day 27 October 2026. Once you’ve set your password, they’ll be ready and waiting in your account. Any rewards you had claimed but not yet used have been returned to your balance as points, ready to be claimed again. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers bought on Bordelle Europe are being transferred to www.bordelle.co.uk, with their remaining balance and expiry date carried over unchanged. Every purchaser will be notified of this once the transfer is complete. Simply enter your new code at checkout to redeem it.
Shopping from your country
The website will select your browsing country automatically, based on your location. If it needs changing, you can choose a different country at any time using the country selector in the footer.
To place an order, you must browse in the country you’re shipping to. This ensures you only see stock available for delivery to your country, from browsing right through to checkout.
