ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASEIn order to make purchases through the website, you may be requested to register and provide your personal details. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. PRICING POLICYThe prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the European Community, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside of the European Community will not be charged VAT. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICYOnly on request by the client will Atelier Bordelle offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 3 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before an adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be created in the form of a store credit, which will be valid for 6 months and can be redeemed by contacting our atelier directly either by phone on +44 (0) 208 968 4488 or email to info@bordelle.co.uk Atelier Bordelle will not offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or any other promotion that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price or sale, no price adjustment will be offered should a further sale or price reduction follow. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDEROnce you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. The e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Atelier Bordelle Ltd will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Bordelle, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. No credit/debit card transactions are made on this site itself, they are processed through PayPal or Barlcays EPDQ online payment system, both are secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. Orders can also be placed by phone using the Barclays EPDQ online payment system and/or by email. Atelier Bordelle also accepts electronic wire transfers as a methond of payment. DELIVERY AND PACKAGINGAtelier Bordelle Ltd aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out we can make it exclusively for you. To offer you the best service we have chosen Royal Mail for UK deliveries, Worldnet International Couriers for The United States and TNT for all other international deliveries. As soon as your order is picked up you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Atelier Bordelle Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
