We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, unused, within 14 days after delivery, provided the following conditions apply:

The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in it’s original bag and packaging.

Please fill in the Exchange/Credit Form enclosed with your order (or download it here) and return to the address below. If you believe the goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by phone or email to discuss an appropriate solution. If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Atelier Bordelle Ltd will offer a refund via Paypal or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. However if the product is being exchanged for size, different colour preferences or personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost.  We also offer the option of a credit note – if this option is ticked in the Exchange/Credit Form attached to your order, Atelier Bordelle will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receipt (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) with details on how the credit can be released. Please be aware that in case of refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and that shipment costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. We recommend you use a courier or registered post to send back goods. Atelier Bordelle Ltd will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
Please note that sale items are non refundable and can not be exchanged.
