Ultimate Bespoke

This service entails a high degree of customisation covering design, materials and specific fit. A personal and intimate consultation in our West London showroom will determine an approximate time scale. Ultimate Bespoke is available by appointment as well as on location. During the consultation you will be presented with key looks and styles and an extensive range of swatches to choose from.  The time scale often depends on the level of customisation required and the number of fittings to be scheduled.

Prices and Payment

• Made to Measure prices are fixed and calculated at a 25% mark-up on the retail price.
• Ultimate Bespoke prices vary and will be discussed during the initial consultation/appointment.
• Both services require a 50% deposit on order confirmation with the remainder of the balance due prior to dispatch. 
• Styles with a Made to Measure feature can be purchased directly on the online shop where the client is charged for 50% of the total price of the order.
• On completion of the order the atelier will contact the client to take final payment.
• The balance can be paid i)over the phone using any major debit/credit card including American Express ii) online via Paypal  iii) via bank transfer iv) by cheques drawn on UK bank accounts only and made payable to Atelier Bordelle.
• The order will be dispatched on completion of payment.

Appointments may be scheduled between the hours of 10:00 – 17:00 GMT.
